Geek Forums at Sweet on Geeks....Free for ANYONE!

Hi,
Well, we finally got our Geek Forums and Chatrooms completed. They are totally FREE for anyone. You DO NOT have to be a Sweet on Geeks member to participate, although that would be nice. :) You will need to create a forums username and password. Those of you who are already SOG members can access the forums from within your profile home page. (Amendment~ July 29....some of our existing members may have trouble getting into forums. It's a cookie issue. We're trying to figure it out now. New members should be able to use it without problems.) Please send us an e-mail at Forums@sweetongeeks.com if you encounter any gremlins and PLEASE suggest some additional forum topics. We want this to be the best and most comprehensive geek resource on the web. Convention schedules, techy news and advice, gaming, anime, you name it.....we want it on Geek Forums. So if you happen to be a super genius in one particular Geek Topic please let us know. Whatever is relevant to you is important to us. It is YOUR forum. We hope you enjoy it!

Sunday

The weekend so far....
It's been a good weekend here at our place. First I wanted to report on the results of a murder mystery game we played Sat. night. The game I purchased was from www.nightofmystery.com and it was called Murder at the Deadwood Saloon . This is not my first large scale, freeform murder but I have to say it was one of the best. The crowd I was with (mostly family) was pretty clueless when it came to role playing games. This murder, however, was easy to follow and did not have an excess of red herrings . Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend them of you want to throw a large scale murder for novices. The rest of the weekend has been spent taking a break from coding on Sweet on Geeks. We've been swimming, played at the park with the dogs and been out to dinner. Tomorrow we will be going full force again with SOG and try to get the Geek Forums loaded up and running.
